We are able to help clients reduce wastage of resources and time consumption. We are 60 minutes from the seaport, 30 minutes from airport and rail station and only 10 minutes from the highway. We also have a 1600 square-meter warehouse to store our materials and finished products. Materials/Components The main materials are PP (Polypropylene) and TPE (Santoprene). Machinery/Production Process We have 7 production lines in our factory. The production processes are fully automated and semi-automated. 40% of the production equipment is imported and the remaining 60% is locally sourced. We use the latest dual-color injection machines and computerized injection control system. |

When Color Vivid was established in 1985, the sole focus of the company was sophisticated plastic molding. In 1994, a department of plastic injection was established to scope out and test the rapid changing of our manufacturing environment. More and more clients were asking for higher quality on finished products with shorter lead times. With this feedback in mind, we decided to embark towards this direction, thus the second department was set up. Between the two departments, Color Vivid has helped many of its clients to reduce time and resources spent on measurement mistakes and miscommunication, which in many cases could cause an entire product line to miss its right timing for market entry. Our in-house molding capability and plastic injection department vertically integrate our manufacturing processes to provide customers with an entire planning scheme for production. These help them become more competitive in their market places. To enhance Color Vivid's competitiveness and to increase quality consistency we have installed a new computerized injection control system. With this, details of the production process can be monitored, adjusted and memorized by computers. This demonstrates how much Color Vivid cares about its product quality. We also believe in an ongoing investment on R&D, coupled with efforts on exploring the integration of different materials for injection technology application. Our target is on innovation and practicality. Our staff is encouraged to provide the best services to clients in terms of product quality, inquiries and customer needs. We wish to become good friends with clients instead of just doing business with them. Good quality, beautiful designs and reasonable prices are our priorities and are guaranteed to every one of our customers. We do not copy others' works, preferring to manufacture original designs that are why our items have a different feel and look. |
